Take full advantage of the outdoors with 2 Full Length decks with breathtaking views of the lake and Mt. LeConte, the crown jewel of the Great Smoky Mountains. The FULL LENGTH top deck is off the kitchen and den and features a Weber gas grill and table and chairs for outside dinning.
The bottom deck is off the Game Room and features a BRAND NEW (WINTER 2019) Hot Tub and access to the back yard. Both have plenty of seating and picnic table.

Below you will find a huge fire pit for evening fires. Bring your camp chairs, local firewood and marshmallows. Continue on down to the lake, and another deck awaits you.

The dock has a long gang plank that will make fishing easy from toward the bank but keeping your line out of the rocks (hopefully).
The beautiful new dock is perfect for small or large boats as this area is deep and has plenty of draft. You are in view of Mountain Cove Marina for Gas and other essentials including Boat Rentals. The water is deep at this location and is year round.

INSIDE:
Eventually you will want to come inside and enjoy Lakeside Point which has a new granite kitchen, new flooring, new furniture, new barn wood wall, new dishes, new linens, etc. With 3 different levels, that will offer fun and privacy for the whole family.

Upstairs, there are 2 new King bedrooms, (each with its own TV and private balcony) and 1 full Bath. If you need the space, there is a Trundle bed in each of these two bedrooms.

The main level contains 1 queen bedroom, and a full Bath.

There is a full eat-in kitchen with lots of granite counter space for entertaining and preparing your meals, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Bar and a new table that seats 8+. Plus, an additional Bar for 4 to eat and watch the boats and birds go by. The Family Room features a sofa, love seat and an over-sized scenic window overlooking the lake. This room also has a HD TV and a DVD player which is visible from the Dining and Kitchen Bar area.

Downstairs, you’ll find a full sized game room with a sleeper sofa, love seat, pool table and ESPN Air Hockey table. Enjoy watching a wall mounted flat screen TV which provides easy viewing during any game room activity. There is a full sized Washer & Dryer in a separate laundry room. Walk out of the game room to the Hot Tub on the lower deck which also features breathtaking mountain and lake views.
